
The village of Condrița is a locality in Chisinau Municipality located at latitude 47.0566 degrees, longitude 28.5686 degrees and altitude of 137 meters above sea level. The territory of the village is 1,790 km².
The direct distance to Chisinau is 33 km.
Within a radius of up to 8 km, it borders the villages of Scoreni, Cojušna, Căpriana from the Străşeni district, the villages of Ulmu, Horodca, Malcoci from the Ialoveni district, and the village of Horodca from the Hincesti district.
On the territory of the village there is the monastery, a medical point, Gymnaziul no. 65 from the municipality of Chisinau, the public library, shops, a stadium, and a few agri-pension houses.
The villagers are Romanian speakers, most of them being Orthodox.
The population. According to the 2014 census, the population of Condrița village is 595 inhabitants, of which (302) 50.8% are men and (293) 49.2% are women, decreasing by 1% since the last census.
The ethnic composition of the village population is dominated by Moldovans/Romanians, who make up over 98% of the population, followed by Ukrainians – 1% and representatives of other nationalities.
There are 237 families in the village, 8 of which were registered in the last year.
